Roles

Who Does What?

EMaS is structured around clear responsibilities—so data entry, approvals, and reporting stay consistent.

Role Summary

  • Manager: configures exams, assigns users, approves marks, publishes reports.
  • Clerk: captures marks (manual/Excel) and submits for approval.
  • Teacher: reviews outcomes and supports performance follow-up.
  • Admin: governance, security, and system-wide configuration.
Tip: If you can’t see a module, your role may not be assigned permission.
